Jim's extensive experience and knowledge of the area gives him a distinct advantage in both luxury and non-luxury markets. First licensed in 1982, he has served as Chairman of the NYS Board of REALTORS Resort and Second Home Committee, was appointed by former Governor Pataki to the NYS Real Estate Board, been twice selected as REALTOR of the Year, earned his GRI, and earned the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Specialist designation.

As a lifelong resident, Jim is very familiar with the Adirondack Park and beyond. Having hiked many of the High Peaks, paddled many of the waterways, skied the backcountry, and explored the many corners, Jim's passion for the area is evident when representing his clients. His deep connection to the area means he knows how to attract qualified buyers and find clients the perfect property in the perfect location.

Real estate has been a part of Jim's family for decades. From brokerage to real estate development projects, Jim has been involved personally on a local, regional, national, and international level. These experiences help to ensure a successful real estate transaction.
